About Me
At B&N specialty cakes I strive to provide the best quality pastries and desserts. I Blanca Valerio studied at Le Cordon Bleu earning a associates degree in baking and patisserie which was my major, this led to me being a pastry chef. I have been in baking for 10 years and have sold for 10 as well. A little about me, I am pit bull lover and have two of my own! I see my work as a form of art in making delicious beautiful cakes.
